Mertens Bouwbedrijf in Weert was chosen to execute the first phase in the redevelopment of the Tapijnkazerne in Maastricht. Following a short tender procedure, Maastricht University (UM) decided Tuesday to award the contract to Mertens Bouwbedrijf BV.
