We need you!

Advisory Council Diversity & Inclusivity is looking for a new Student member from FHML!

Do you have ideas on how to make UM a more diverse and inclusive place? Do you want to be an active ambassador for D&I? Do you want to incorporate and represent the students’ perspectives in UM’s D&I initiatives?

Are you interested in thinking about accessibility facilities in our university? In how to address anti-racism in the classroom? How we could or should promote equality and, when necessary, equity at our institution?

Are you interested in national and international developments in higher education linked to inclusion and sometimes exclusion?

Then please, consider joining UM's Diversity and Inclusivity Advisory Council and be part of those relevant, not always easy conversations.

What is the D&I Advisory Council?

UM has appointed an advisory council on diversity and inclusivity in order to support, challenge and inspire the Executive Board in the realisation of the UM’s mission and strategy.

The Advisory Council consists of UM staff, UM students and members not employed by Maastricht University. The council is chaired by the UM President
