WORKSHOP "The Agile Way of Working & Transitioning to a New Organisation"

Tuesday 14.04.2020, 13:00-17:00 hrs

Digitalization is accelerating faster and clients are having more options than ever before. The need for agility, availability, and personal service is becoming more urgent. Because people’s time is precious and products have become commoditised. To stand out, customer experience is the number one objective. …so we are creating an ecosystem that extends beyond banking…

Next to the strategic change this also requires a new way of working which includes increased speed, less coordination, and more responsibility. But it should also reduce costs, reduce time to market for new products and maybe even change the perception of banking being uncool.

As one of the brains behind ING its recent transformation by the name of Accelerate Think Forward, we present Payam Djavdan. He is Programme Director at ING and end responsible for strategic changes as Board Counselor to the Board of Directors in the area of migration and transition, Operational Excellence, Big Data, Omni-Channel strategy and organizational change.

Wednesday April 15th, 14:00-17:00 hrs

Location: &Samhoud, Maliebaan 55, 3851 CE Utrecht.

The key to the success of organisations lies in the behaviour of people. However, leaders often look for solutions to strategic questions in structure, systems and processes. But the magical question is: what behavioural change is needed to increase opportunities and reduce risks?

The &Samhoud philosophy is that solving strategic questions is inextricably linked to behaviour. This requires an unusual approach. An approach in which in-depth knowledge of the business and behaviour is combined. An approach that inspires and connects. The approach of &Samhoud consultancy. Unusual, but also unusually effective.

From our offices in Utrecht, Kuala Lumpur and Cologne, we work for major customers based all over the world and active in various sectors, such as Albert Heijn, APG, NS, Talanx, ING. We assist them in the creation of measurable and sustainable value. &Samhoud works in a usual unusual manner, ranging from formulating a vision and strategy to making it happen and improving it. And from leadership development to branding and innovation.

&Samhoud’s deeper reason for its existence is our higher goal: “Together we build a brighter future. We achieve breakthroughs by inspiring and connecting people.” In other words, we realise breakthroughs within organisations.

WORKSHOP "Digital Transformation"

Wednesday 20.05.2020, 09:00-12:30 hrs

Digital Transformation is the use of new, fast and frequently changing digital technology to solve problems. Digital transformation involves the integration of recent technologies into the products, processes and strategies of an organization.

The focus is often on the latest technological advances such as Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain or Cloud Computing and their potential to innovate business. Yet the technology alone is not the only success factor. Managing the cultural and organizational challenges of a technological shift is also critical to the success of a digital initiative.

It is not easy to add a new technology to a global company with existing processes, complex IT infrastructure and various data streams. It is equally difficult to ensure that the technology is used to its full potential by building a data culture and teaching employees the right skills, mind-set and data understanding.

Join us at DHL Express to find out more about our digital transformation journey!

Please note: During the break, drinks and snacks will be provided. Students will need to bring their own lunch.
